Training as a Dairy Technologist* Start:

Milk. What is it actually? What's inside? What can you make from it and how is it processed? You will learn all of this during your training with us. We are the experts for the versatile milk - and after your training, you will be too. In addition to your practical training with us in Wasserburg, you will attend vocational school in Kempten (Allgäu) in block lessons.

  • Recording and evaluation of raw milk and its properties
  • Getting to know product-specific recipes and standards
  • Operation, maintenance and care of our technical production equipment and machines
  • Proper packaging, filling and storage of finished products
  • Ongoing quality control for flawless production of products
