- Day shift only, no nights, weekends, call, or holidays
- Ensure adequate staffing, provide breaks, and manage productivity.
- Recruit, train, and monitor staff performance.
- Assess educational needs and maintain necessary supplies.
- Foster relationships with medical staff for quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement programs.
- Minimum three years' experience in outpatient surgery or acute care hospital OR settings.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school, BSN or MSN preferred.
- Current Virginia RN license and BLS certification.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

The Inova Oakville Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Potomac Yards, Alexandria, is in the final stages of construction.
This modern facility will be a key part of the new Inova medical campus, set to open in mid-2024.
With advanced infrastructure, the center will include three Operating Rooms, Procedure/GI Suites, and PreOp/PACU bays, focusing on providing top-notch medical services.
