Overview:
We are seeking a godly, passionate, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing, spiritual, and educational environment for young children.
If you have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschoolaged children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where children feel comfortable to explore and learn
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met
- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and parentteacher conferences
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their growth
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all students
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety of all children at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with preschoolaged children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and physical education for young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children
