System Administrator/Application Support (m/f/d) in Wiesbaden

Our client, a mobility-oriented service provider, is seeking an experienced and dedicated System Administrator/Application Support to join their IT team in Wiesbaden. You will have a systematic and analytical working style and be responsible for maintaining a reliable and efficient IT infrastructure. Join our client in their efforts to digitize and optimize IT processes.

Your responsibilities:

Administer, support, monitor, and optimize ongoing IT operations
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues and error messages
Set up and maintain the VMware server farm
Identify and forward error messages to relevant departments and external service providers
Manage access rights and directory services
Manage system and Windows updates
Provide technical support for new projects
Advise on software procurement, installation, and configuration
Participate in department projects and update IT documentation

What you should bring:

Completed training as a computer scientist or in systems integration
Ideally: Further education as a state-certified technician or a degree in information technology or computer science
Desirable: Experience as an IT system administrator
