    Role: PMO Project Manager/Program Manager

    Duration: permanent

    Salary: $120,000-$130,000

    Location: Ballantyne, NC - onsite 5x per week

    Interview Process: 2 rounds

    Start Date: ASAP

    Must Haves:

    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Program management or a PMO role.
    • Strong Strategy Development and Implementation experience within an IT/ Network/ Infrastructure environment
    • Experience with IT Enterprise Wide Implementations
    • Revenue optimization/ growth and Process Optimization
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software

    Nice to Haves:

    • Military Experience
    • PMP or other project management certification is preferred.

    List of projects that you could be managing:

    • Replacement of our Global Command Center and Service Desk
    • ITOM AIOPs implementation
    • Active Directory Domain consolidation
    • SailPoint implementation- IAM
    • CMMC Level 2 certification
    • Telephony equipment replacement

    Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Program Management Officer for one of our Supply Chain logistics clients. The PMO Specialist will be responsible for leading the Program Management Office and overseeing all project management activities across the organization. This role requires extensive project management experience in a lean company, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Intake (collection of new project candidates), Prioritization (value determination, stack ranking), Design (high level design of solution), Roadmapping, planning and strategic planning, Project execution (traditional project manager assistance)
    • Program Management, Project Leadership, Strategic Planning, Reporting, and Analytics
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
    • Resource Management: project resources, reviewing budget and spends, timeline, and personnel.
