    Our government client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team for a 6+ month contract with the potential for extensions or possible conversion to full time. In this role you will be responsible for working across technical teams and business users to ensure projects are being delivered on time within scope and budget.

    Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

    Pay Rate: $55.00/hr on W2

    Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

    W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

    Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

    • Ensure alignment and integration of benefit policy and its impact into strategic and operational plans
    • Establish clear business processes for onboarding new programs to CiviForm
    • Maintain and update web content of programs on CiviForm working to integrate on standard platforms
    • Design and coordinate universal application questions and eligibility materials (including application redesign)
    • Engage external experts, residents, employees, and other stakeholders in the course of project delivery
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of CiviForm
    • Ensure project is available via open-source documentation for other governments and organizations to leverage
    • Use process automation to simplify application processing within departments

    Requirements of the Program Manager:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of professional experience using service design methods
    • Experience in managing projects and tasks
    • Experience in AWS strongly preferred
    • Experience facilitating workshops and other meetings across the stakeholder spectrum
    • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
    • Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies
    • Ability to translate data and results into program and policy recommendations
