Description

Hours of operation**:
Monday

Friday 6am12 noon (parttime)**Job Responsibilities:
Fill clients' orders in a timely manner and place qualified workers in qualified positions.
Build strong customer relationships
Process I9 and E-Verify requirements for all employees hired
Maintain an ongoing database of active and available workers
Maintain equipment inventory and monitor equipment checkouts and returns
Complete daily arrival calls to clients
Accurately process daily and weekly pay checks for employees
Accurately audit and maintain internal and external documentation systems.
Facilitate and manage worker safety orientations and daily trainings to ensure worker safety awareness and continuous safety dialogue
Administer background and drug tests as required
Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

High School diploma or GED
Administrative and organization skills
Good decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
