Description

AquaPhoenix Scientific, located in Hanover, PA, has immediate openings for production associates as a result of expanding business needs. Responsibilities include accurately selecting, mixing, staging, and packaging various components in support of the production/manufacturing process.

Must be attentive to details, maintain the highest standards of safety and quality, and able to work together as a team to execute daily production goals.

Will need to perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting and multiplications. Must maintain a positive attendance record, a strong work ethic, and a proactive "can do" approach to all responsibilities.

Key responsibilities also include but not limited to:

Ability to successfully perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell set up/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling.
Expected to perform all tasks according to standard operating procedures while ensuring the work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.
Maintain documentation for production related activities related to ISO/customer/business requirements.
Accurately and efficiently perform tasks through to completion while taking ownership for the quality and integrity of components and finished goods.
Attend job training related to production for professional growth.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by Company and OSHA standards.
Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as required.
Participate in analyzing and supporting root causes of production issues and help develop corrective actions.
Flexible shifts available on first and second shifts.
