Description

We are on the search for a motivated and organized person to help us manage our household tasks so that things are smooth, scheduled, and enjoyable for our family.


Your responsibilities will span various tasks, including basic household maintenance and upkeep (with light cleaning if needed), scheduling house maintenance appointments, overseeing their completion, and utilizing basic computer skills for schedule tracking and managing grocery deliveries, among other duties.

Your role will expand as you become more acquainted with our family dynamics and activities.


Compensation:

$17-$22 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure adequate stock of groceries, household, and cleaning supplies, as well as typical items kept in stock throughout the home.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory system to track supplies and notify when items need replenishing.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to assist with family schedules, place online orders for delivery, track progress, and take notes for transparency purposes.
  • Maintain digital records and documents related to household tasks and activities.
  • Coordinate with handyman companies or contractors for house maintenance tasks.
  • Perform basic household maintenance tasks such as organizing storage spaces, and closets, and checking various household inventories.
  • Run errands such as collecting packages, and dropping off/picking up items as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Hours of work may vary weekly up to 15 hours a week

Qualifications:


  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, or related job experience is a plus but not required
  • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
  • Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
