Tasks in the field of IT Business Analyst:

  • You create user stories and technical concepts together with your team as part of the development of our topics and products, document your concepts and accompany the technical implementation as a technical contact person.
  • You develop ideas and (bank-related) business models together with the banks and understand how to best support our customers. You are responsible for analyzing and coordinating the technical requirements in direct exchange with our customers.
  • You always keep an eye on the backlog, evaluate requirements based on customer benefits and cost-effectiveness, and always keep internal guidelines and strategies in focus.
  • You are in daily exchange of ideas with an agile development team and actively participate in the transfer of knowledge and experience within the team.
  • You work on the design and continuous improvement of processes, including the associated procedures, processes, metrics, and tools.
  • You support testing activities and create test cases, test data, and test documentation as part of the various test levels for development and quality assurance.
