Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our office from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities:


  • File and maintain documents, records, and reports
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
  • Manage schedules and calendars for team members
  • Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
  • Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
