Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team.
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our office from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- File and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
