    With assembly-line-style production efficiency and seamless structural and operational synergies, Ginosko Modular ensures quality and delivers fully furnished multifamily units that are stackable, reconfigurable, and accommodate a virtually unlimited range of building layouts and designs.

    Ginosko Development Company is a multi-state affordable housing development company with over 20 years of experience in affordable housing development dedicated to 'building a brighter future today' for the residents of our communities.

    Ginosko and our principals or affiliates are the developers and owners of over 4,000 units of multifamily housing, most of which are affordable or mixed income.

    Our portfolio is located throughout Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and growing. Ginosko Modular is a sister company to Ginosko Development Company.


    Position Summary:
    The Flooring Specialist/General Laborer utilizes building and construction skills to create modular housing units and may perform various laborer tasks supporting quality inspection, framing, sorting, installation, drywall, painting, windows, cabinetry, materials handling, and installs or repairs fixtures throughout the facility and in production; and, may have the opportunity learn more advanced processes over time
