We have a part time opportunity for a Custodian at our Mt. Olive Community in Flanders
Some duties include

  • Adheres to all schedules provided.
  • Mops, sweeps and vacuums all common areas of the property
  • Cleans and polices stairwells and hallways
  • Washes common area windows and glass
  • Cleans Administrative Offices
  • Assist with floor maintenance

Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent


Skill(s): standing, pushing, pulling, listening, comprehending, small tool handling, power tool handling, cleaning equipment handling, following schedules


Experience:
One or more years in custodial, janitorial or porter position (s)
