- Manage day-to-day operations of project development for complex utility scale decarbonization projects, specifically focusing on greenfield wind energy.
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure successful project development, including market analysis support and project conceptualization.
- Provide oversight and direction to external support resources and activities to ensure the success of the project.
- Coordinate grid study oversight, direction of wind and solar resource assessments, site evaluation, and acquisition of site and right-of-way (ROW).
- Facilitate environmental and regulatory permitting processes.
- Provide public relations support and interface with engineering teams.
- Offer contract negotiation support to ensure favorable project outcomes.

- 3-10 years of experience in project development with emphasis on utility scale wind
- Experience in early stage development of wind projects: greenfielding, lease negotiations, interconnection, and permitting
- familiar with taking projects from conception through to NTP
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environment or a related field
