- Oversee the entire revenue cycle process for our multi-site wound care medical practices in various US states including GA, FL, NJ, PA, KS, CO and TX
- Manage medical billing and coding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce billing errors.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues.
- Monitor and analyze financial data related to billing, collections, and reimbursements.
- Train and supervise billing and coding staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and coding practices.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing and coding, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, coding systems, and reimbursement processes. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Experience with Athena EMR a plus.

to join our Finance Team. The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process for Restore First Health.
The Revenue Cycle Manager position is a hands-on role, responsible for managing medical billing and coding activities and developing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce billing errors.
