ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Sales Consultant interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process.

They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing all sales aspects of business coaching programs.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company's overall sales strategy for all high ticket coaching programs for business owners.
  • Conduct sales/enrollment calls.
  • Reviewing profit goals and strategic pricing for services and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to create and drive new business and analyze current sales strategies.
  • Identify and direct resources to improve division performance, monitor and report key business metrics.
  • Sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and quota reporting.
  • Ensuring clients receive the proper communications in a timely manner and service accounts to deliver a successful project.
  • Determining a high level approach to addressing client needs, including value proposition and cost / benefit analysis.
  • Understanding the marketplace needs based on client feedback and be able to use this knowledge to work with the marketing and ad products team to develop strong ideas for Identifying new clients / opportunities from your network.
  • Providing sales reports as requested.
  • Integrating and daily maintenance of sales / CRM system.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
  • 4+ years in high ticket service based sales
  • 2+ years direct management of sales team

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Must be a selfstarter with tenacity and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work across teams, including partnering with marketing, and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the dedicated sales cycle from original negotiations to contracting and implementation.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with CRM required but not necessarily
  • Keap/Infusionsoft
  • Demonstrate excellence in business relationshipbuilding skills
  • Positive cando attitude, enthusiasm, high energy
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable selling via Zoom, phone and inperson

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

High Ticket Sales: 4 years (required)
Sales Team Management: 2 years (required)

  • Business coaching sales: 4 years (preferred)
