    About the role: We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This mid-level position is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience looking to advance their career in marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing efforts for events and conferences, thinking creatively to enhance brand perception, and producing and promoting podcast content. This role involves managing vendor relationships for our WordPress website, crafting engaging social media posts, and contributing significantly to the development and execution of our content marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Event and Conference Marketing Coordination: Lead the coordination and marketing of events and conferences, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing engagement and reach.
    • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand perception and meet business objectives.
    • Podcast Coordination and Production: Manage all aspects of podcast production from coordinating interviews and overseeing guest communications to ensuring the timely release of high-quality episodes.
    • Website Vendor Oversight: Direct vendors for our WordPress website to guarantee regular updates, optimizations, and maintenance align with our high standards.
    • Social Media Content Creation and Strategy: Craft and publish compelling social media content that aligns with our brand voice and strategic goals. Engage with our audience to build and maintain a vibrant community.
    • Content Marketing Strategy: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create and execute dynamic content marketing strategies that drive engagement and support business goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of creative and strategic thinking.
    • Strong experience in event marketing and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, SEO, social media platforms, and content management.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with robust problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
