Human Resources Officer/Payroll Accountant (full-time, 40 hours) in Koblenz

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of payroll and salary calculations, including all pre-, post- and follow-up tasks
  • Handling of all tax and social security processes
  • Management and maintenance of personnel files, correspondence and certification processes
  • Correspondence and communication with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, etc.
  • Preparation of personnel-related documents such as employment contracts, references
  • Point of contact for employees
  • Assistance with external audits (income tax/social security)
  • Invoicing of bills
  • Telephone service/mail handling
  • Processing of general administrative tasks
  • Processing of reporting/statistics

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a human resources officer or a comparable qualification
