    Job Description Summary:

    This role involves managing a team responsible for developing strategies and analytics to manage portfolio risk, enhance profitability, and optimize performance. Key responsibilities include setting team priorities, identifying trends, and maximizing risk-return balance. The position entails leveraging data and analytics to solve complex issues, mentoring employees, and collaborating across departments to drive performance.

    The Fraud Strategic Enablement team is dedicated to shaping the strategy, design, and implementation of next-generation fraud controls. In this senior leadership role, you will lead efforts to drive transformation and ensure the delivery of new capabilities to market effectively.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Define and oversee the framework, governance, and implementation of initiatives to optimize fraud mitigation.
    • Support the team by establishing robust change management practices and operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with various departments to drive impactful initiatives.
    • Engage with key stakeholders to organize the team and ensure timely deliverables.
    • Coordinate activities to deliver crucial risk assessments and new product innovations successfully.

    Required Skills:

    Strong strategic thinking ability with a proven track record in problem-solving and strategy development.
