- Buy, store, keep track of, and distribute supplies.
- Request bids for equipment and supplies.
- Schedule maintenance for any equipment or building repairs.
- Manage conference calendar.
- Monitor status of all business licenses
- Manage and track all reasonable accommodations requests.
- Assist in all property take-over/take downs.
- Assist/compile due diligence packages
- Manage customer service inquiry system.
- Maintain contract files for all properties, including Insurance information, cable, office equipment, and laundry. Inform Regional Managers 60 days before expirations.
- May receive visits or calls regarding complaints which may be resolved or referred to the proper person for resolution.
- May do research for a project or legal matter.
- Develop, manage, and monitor records.
- Recommend changes to policies or procedures to improve operations, such as supply management, and improved record keeping.
- Set goals and deadlines for the department.
- Supervise clerical and administrative personnel.
- You will occasionally be required to use your vehicle to run company errands. (mileage is reimbursed)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all Stout Management Company matters.
