• Ability to build late night events via conceptual development
• Ability to build late night events through DJ's and promoter group bookings
• Extensive knowledge of beer, cocktail and bottle service trends in the industry
• Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
• Thrives in fastpaced atmosphere
• Experience with training and service team development
• Familiar with Toast
• Basic understanding of various social media platforms
