    Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Territory Outside Salesperson.


    Responsibilities:

    Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Territory Outside Sales Outside Salesperson will be part of a team of driven team members responsible for the acquisition, retention, and growth of our customers.


    Make sales calls on installers, fleets, municipalities and car dealerships to sell auto parts, tools, shop equipment and programs
    Build and maintain productive, long lasting relationships with existing customers, as well as actively pursue new customers
    Get the Sale -Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals; source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve goals
    Foster and qualify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
    Ride with factory reps in order to gain product knowledge as well as use their relationships to help build yours
    Provide weekly status reports to management team describing current business conditions, including opportunities and suggestions for improvement. Post daily CMS comments for each sales call with a brief summary of visit or touch.
    Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products
    Research sales competition
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Prior success selling wholesale auto parts in a highly competitive market
    Demonstrated history of obtaining new business and retaining current customer base
    Ability to travel within market territory (minimal overnight travel)
    Existing customer base is desirable
    Ability to pass a pre-employment screening and MVR requirements, where applicable
    Strong communication and time management skills
    The ability to work well in a team environment
    Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and improve financial results
    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    Multilingual, where applicable
