For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a working student Office Manager to support us on site.

Your tasks

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing all mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Providing administrative support
  • Managing the premises: maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Booking meetings and managing schedules (internal and external)
  • Organizing visits and welcoming guests
  • Training new employees
  • Ensuring smooth IT setup
  • Collaborating with the HR department to update and maintain office policies (if necessary)
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinating cleaning staff
  • Managing expenses
  • Processing invoices and managing the office budget
