For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a working student Office Manager to support us on site.
Your tasks
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing all mail, packages, and deliveries
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Providing administrative support
- Managing the premises: maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Booking meetings and managing schedules (internal and external)
- Organizing visits and welcoming guests
- Training new employees
- Ensuring smooth IT setup
- Collaborating with the HR department to update and maintain office policies (if necessary)
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating cleaning staff
- Managing expenses
- Processing invoices and managing the office budget
