Job summary

The Administrative Coordinator will support the Customer Service Center by providing break and lunch coverage as needed Answer and respond to incoming calls professionally Receive and appropriately resolve customer complaints escalating to the Store Director when necessary Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast friendly service Complete all phases of the reconciliation process perform bookkeeping duties including preparing and proofing daily deposits and balancing accounts receivable Monitor cashier accountability research shortages or issues and report findings to the Service Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Recruiting Hiring & Onboarding
  • Review internal external applications conduct screening interviews coordinate department-manager interviews Administer the Job Posting Program manage pre-employment drug testing tax credit processes Complete full new-hire process coordinate training conduct orientation other training sessions Coordinate maintain all aspects electronic application hiring systems in-store recruiting events maintenance recruiting materials policy documents Record retention interview hiring documentation
