Description
General Duties:
- Process and verify invoices received from the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Match invoices with intake form and delivery receipts to validate the accuracy of services received.
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and classification.
- Reconcile discrepancies between invoices, orders, and additional addons, working closely with internal departments and vendors to resolve any issues.
- Maintain organized and uptodate invoice files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Prepare and distribute periodic reports summarizing invoice processing activities and other relevant financial information.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any invoicerelated discrepancies or disputes.
- Respond to client's inquiries regarding invoice status, and other relevant information in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to invoice processing, suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, or a similar role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as tax laws and compliance requirements, is desirable.
- United States citizenship.

$ $22.00 per hour
