Description

General Duties:

  • Process and verify invoices received from the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Match invoices with intake form and delivery receipts to validate the accuracy of services received.
  • Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and classification.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between invoices, orders, and additional addons, working closely with internal departments and vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate invoice files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic reports summarizing invoice processing activities and other relevant financial information.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any invoicerelated discrepancies or disputes.
  • Respond to client's inquiries regarding invoice status, and other relevant information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to invoice processing, suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, or a similar role.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as tax laws and compliance requirements, is desirable.
  • United States citizenship.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
