Do you have scheduling experience? We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Home Care Office Support Team. This position includes After-Hours/Weekends On-Call rotations as well.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for assigning caregivers in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of the care of our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with scheduling, using all technology tools to ensure proper business processes; with oversight by the Customer Care Manager. and Branch Manager.
- Know and schedule the field staff with the right clients.
- Office hours will be Monday-Friday (8:30a5p and when oncall on weekend, M, T, W, off Thur, F).
- On-Call afterhours and weekends will be shared with the team to monitor cell phone, text messages and call outs.
- Communicate with and scheduling team to meet client care needs and minimize nonbilled overtime.
- Scheduling administrative duties.
- Assists with answering the phones, transferring calls to the correct person, and taking complete messages.
- Send out On-Call Report next day, or on Monday, and document any issues in ABS.
- Be available to fill a shift in the field if necessary.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
