- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years business experience
- Customer/client support experience
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite

GENERAL FUNCTION
Supports Small and Mid-Market Sales. Develops relationships and supports small and mid-market clients in leveraging in-market initiatives to grow sales and provide support in order to increase efficiency for the field sales teams.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
