Job Overview:
We are searching for skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Technicians to join our team.

As a Field Service Technician at Frontline Technology Support, you'll play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our diverse range of clients.

This hands-on role demands excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction across various IT services.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver onsite technical support and troubleshooting services for our clients
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including specialized equipment such as desktop/laptop, audiovisual systems, ATMs, kiosks, smart home devices, networking and more
  • Perform software installations, updates, and patches tailored to our clients' specific needs
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across a broad spectrum of technologies
  • Collaborate closely with our support teams to efficiently escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Accurately document all service requests and resolutions in our ticketing system, ensuring meticulous recordkeeping
  • Conduct system upgrades and migrations as required, ensuring mínimal disruption to client operations
  • Provide training and support to endusers on various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing IT processes and enhancing service delivery

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical users
  • Proficiency in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, networking equipment, and operating systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail

From $24.50 per hour
