We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Care Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience and play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information and solutions to their inquiries
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide proper documentation where necessary
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products to customers, enhancing their overall experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
  • Continuously strive for customer satisfaction and aim to exceed customer expectations in every interaction

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
