Service Assistant / Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your diverse tasks will include:

  • Creating an exclusive Porsche experience through your personal and always friendly welcome and excellent hospitality towards our customers and prospects at the Porsche Center. This also includes serving drinks to guests.
  • Identifying customer needs, inquiring about visitor preferences, and assigning them to our employees, products, and services.
  • Conducting workshop appointments and ensuring customer mobility in coordination with our service advisors and parts department employees.
  • Managing the cash register, preparing vehicle documents for customer pickup, and preparing orders and maintaining customer and vehicle master data with care.

Requirements

What you should bring for this position:

  • A valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • A positive and open demeanor and a strong customer orientation
  • Organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
