- Managing and overseeing search, paid social, display, and other related digital marketing campaigns with the aim of boosting revenue and profitability.
- Taking charge of paid search, social, and display marketing initiatives, which includes conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and crafting compelling ad copy.
- Designing and executing A/B testing programs to continuously enhance the performance of our campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance metrics and translating these insights into actionable business strategies.
- Serving as a subject matter expert in the realm of digital marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring our team stays on the cutting edge of industry trends.
- Leading efforts to uncover and communicate unique customer insights, translating them into strategic and creative marketing platforms.
- Conducting audits of existing media plans and devising new strategies to maximize their effectiveness (conversion rates, PPC campaigns, SEM/SEO).
- Developing comprehensive reports and analyses that inform strategic decisions, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) established in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights to achieve the highest possible return on investment (ROI) in paid search campaigns.
- Managing campaign expenses (ROAS), adhering to budgets, estimating monthly costs, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
- A Bachelors of Arts in Business management, Marketing or similar degrees
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in managing SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and Amazon.
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel with a proven track record of leveraging its capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more industry-standard analytics and metrics visualization tools, such as Power BI, google analytics, Google ads, Bing ad, Face book Ads.
- A proven track record of successfully managing SEM campaigns, with references available upon request.
- Proven ability to create paid ads strategies that increased ROI/ROAS.
- A solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion strategies, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with conducting A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in CSS and JavaScript would be advantageous.
