What does a Senior Product Manager do at St. Paul?


As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the product by always putting the end user at the center of everything you do. You identify their needs and work methodically to develop solutions. You use the product strategy to create problem statements for your product area and, together with your team, find the right solution through product discovery - with the user in mind.

You complement our product team with best practice methods of product management and actively contribute with suggestions for methods, tools, and work processes. You support our cross-functional product teams, consisting of developers and product designers, with the help of the data team.
