Description

The Service & Parts Manager for EJ Equipment, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service and parts departments.

This includes managing a team of technicians and parts specialists, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and overseeing the ordering and inventory of parts.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daytoday operations of the service and parts departments, including scheduling appointments, assigning work orders, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and analyzing department performance metrics, such as labor hours, parts sales, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive a seamless experience from purchase to service
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors and negotiating pricing for parts and supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
