Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities in regard to growing the residential and commercial segment and market share.
  • Bidding new subdivisions, new commercial construction and multi family.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Utilize Variant software's to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.
  • Manage customer relationships and address their needs effectively.
  • Lead project management efforts for business development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate reporting as requested by upper management.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in strategic planning, sales, and market analysis
  • Proven experience in the construction industry / service industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
  • Proficiency in project management to drive business development projects forward
  • Previous experience in software or technology-related business development is a plus

Pay:
$85, $150,517.86 per year
