We are hiring an experienced and reliable Quality Control Supervisor in the property management industry with strong worth ethic, integrity, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude.

This employee will be joining our Phoenix region, adding value to our property and compliance inspections by providing excellent customer service to multiple manufactured housing communities.

Prior experience and skills should include:

• Residential property management a plus
• Rent Manager or similar software experience a plus
• Computer Knowledge
• General Phone Technology Knowledge
• Organized and punctual
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
• Must be able to multitask and work independently
• Needs to be able to work strongly with a team
• MUST know how to operate a smartphone ( Android or iPhone)

Education and General Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Conduct all community property and compliance inspections
• Participate in inspections for moveins and moveouts
• Assist with New Home Installs
• Communicate directly with office staff on property issues or needs
• Monitors cleanliness of property grounds and landscaping
• Receive and complete assigned service issues
• Supports administrative functions and multiple locations

Requirements:
Reliable vehicle; will be required to travel to other community sites. Complete and pass a background check including a drug screening. Driver's License and clean driving record.


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
