To strengthen our team in our stores in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Göppingen, and Stuttgart, we are currently looking for a self-motivated and open-minded individual with several years of experience in the workshop and a strong passion for bicycles.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing With Us:

Independently repairing and maintaining (e-)bikes from various brands
Ensuring high service quality and smooth processes in our repairs
Contributing ideas for optimizing our workshops and service processes
Assembling (e)bikes for our sales areas and shipping
Working closely with our sales teams
Handling complaints

Qualifications

What You Bring:

Experience in repairing (e)bikes
Ideally, a successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of bicycle mechanics/mechatronics or a comparable qualification
Career changers from other technical professions are also welcome
Independent, systematic work style and high quality awareness
Strong customer orientation and manual dexterity
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Empathetic team player
