Title- Medical Assistant


Location:
Milwaukee, Wisconsin


Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (7:45 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday)


Contract: 13+ Weeks


Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant, you will assist in providing high-quality patient care. The MA position requires experience with clinic operations, particularly with pediatrics and adults. Both positions require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with injections (vaccines, Depo, testosterone, Toradol, Rocephin).
  • Call patients with normal test results.
  • Assist in rooming patients, obtaining vitals, history, and medication reconciliation.
  • Experience with Ambulatory EPIC is required.

Additional Information:

On-Site Support: The clinic has 3 other RNs, 7 MAs, 5 Patient Service Representatives, a Lead RN, and Lab/Phlebotomy support.

Technology/Equipment: The EMR system used is Ambulatory EPIC.

Orientation: 1 week, with additional time if needed.

Scrub Color: Any solid color.

Parking: Free parking lot available.
