We specialize in sports orthopedic injuries and provide treatment to a wide variety of patients ranging in age from 4 to 84. Our facility has become home to scores of professional and world-class athletes, executives, and actors who love the training room atmosphere. Our team of trainers all have academic degrees in kinesiology, human physiology, or exercise science, and are available for private training.

Role Description

This full-time or part-time role for an Athletic Trainer ATC, or Exercise Physiologist and /or PT Assistant. at the Center. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to physical therapist, athletic training services, including injury prevention, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation. The role requires being on-site at our Manhattan location.

Qualifications

• Injury Prevention and Athletic Training skills
• Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation skills
• Experience in prevention techniques
• Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, human physiology, exercise science, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) or Exercise Physiologist is preferred
• Experience working with athletes is a plus
• .PTA's have to be top of the line
