Key Responsibilities:


Schedule Coordination:
Efficiently manage and coordinate staffing schedules for nursing homes, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communication:

Maintain open lines of communication with nursing staff, management, and external stakeholders to address scheduling needs, changes, and updates promptly.


Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring seamless staffing operations and mínimal disruptions to healthcare services.

Compliance:

Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to staffing in healthcare settings and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.


Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, staff availability, and other pertinent information.


Qualifications:


  • Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling for nursing homes or a similar healthcare setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and compliance.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
