Description

We're looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team You'll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our buildings to keep our units in fantastic shape.

The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience.

Compensation:

$21 - $23 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
  • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
  • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
  • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
  • Assist in Unitready turns
- from light cleaning to full updates

  • Snow removal
  • Special projects
  • General Maintenance
  • Oncall rotation required
  • Inspect buildings and units for damage and report
  • Assist with preventative maintenance of equipment and structures
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as boilers, plumbing, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:


  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
  • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to oncall maintenance requests
  • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

Must have a valid Driver's License and a reliable mode of transportation:


  • Live within 30 min from the Worcester Area for on-call
