Description
Looking to hire an experienced, self-motivated, and honest transaction coordinator. Must possess an active California real estate license in good standing with the CA DRE. Pay is commensurate with experience.Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close
- Manage all administrative tasks involved in closing transactions
- Order Title searches
- Coordinating and scheduling property inspections
- Coordinating and scheduling closing
- Communicating with buyers and sellers
- Scheduling showings for buyers
- Making phone calls to sellers, buyers, title companies, escrow companies, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working in real estate, preferably as an agent or transaction coordinator
- Familiar with CAR forms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with software and digital systems
