Responsibilities:


You will support the R&D of the GARDENA Division in all business-related matters as a competent advisor and have an interest in actively shaping and developing your area of responsibility.


This includes:

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the R&D sites of the GARDENA Division (data collection, consolidation, reporting)
  • Organization and implementation of the annual budget process for the R&D, product management, and product quality departments
  • Preparation of rolling and longterm forecasts
  • Further development of existing controlling tools and methods, adaptation of reporting structures to new organizational requirements and regulations, and improvement of reporting systems
  • Support in managing our international development projects. You will be responsible for cost allocation, preparation of reports and analyses, and support in portfolio planning. You will regularly coordinate with interfaces at an international level.
  • Preparation of adhoc analyses and performance of administrative tasks within the scope of controlling for the product management, R&D, and product quality departments of the entire GARDENA Division
  • Investment planning and monitoring for the respective areas

Requirements:

  • The basis of your success is a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance
  • First relevant work experience in controlling
  • Excellent knowledge of common analysis tools, especially Excel
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data and communicate complex issues clearly and recipientoriented
