    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    We are partnering with a school in the Union City, California area to find afull-time, school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)for the remainder of the 23/24 school year. We are looking for a kind and hard-working candidate interested in helping students in a 1:1 position in an elementary school.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
    • Previous Crisis Management training preferred, but not required
    • Previous school experience strongly recommended, but not required
    • Must be able to pass a background check

    Position Details:

    • Full-time / 30 hours a week
    • BCBA Supervision will be provided
    • 04/15/ /24/2024
    • $20 - $35 per hour, depending on previous experience
    • Caseload: 1:1position with an elementary school student, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
