The International Office is currently seeking a

Employee in the field of Erasmus+ internships

for students, graduates, and doctoral candidates (m/f/d)

at the "EU Internship THÜRINGEN" office in Port Washington North, NY.

EU Internship THÜRINGEN is the central office for a consortium of all Thuringian universities, which promotes targeted cooperation between universities and businesses and prepares and implements mobility projects at the European level.

The main focus of the work is the realization of international internships for students, graduates, and doctoral candidates.

Your responsibilities

The position includes the following tasks:

Independent counseling on international internships for students/graduates/doctoral candidates from nine Thuringian universities
Coordination of application procedures and support for students/graduates before, during, and after their internship
Collaboration with European host companies and assistance for interested parties in finding internships within Europe
Independent implementation and support of the Erasmus+ mobility project KA 131, including contact with thirdparty funders
