West Bend is looking for an apprentice for 2024 Are you interested in economic thinking and business processes? We will strengthen your talent and provide you with comprehensive business knowledge.

You can expect a variety of tasks, great teamwork, and the opportunity to pursue your personal interests.

And if you want to stay with us after your apprenticeship, that's great too With a successful completion, you can continue to grow with us.


Your responsibilities during the apprenticeship will include working in different departments such as sales, customer service, logistics and systems, rental and used equipment, and even at our headquarters in Hamburg.

You will also have the chance to work at the reception and telephone center. After your apprenticeship, you will take on a qualified position as a clerk or assistant.


To be considered for this opportunity, you should have completed a higher commercial school, vocational school, technical college, or university degree.

Good grades in math and German are important, as well as strong communication skills, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
