Object Manager | Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Building Cleaning | Full-time in the Marburg-Gießen area

Your challenge with us:

  • Managing, instructing, and directing your cleaning teams, including scheduling and documentation
  • Ensuring the delivery of contracted services, including documentation and quality assurance
  • Responsibility for budget compliance and providing entrepreneurial impulses
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, such as expanding WISAG's service scope in your assigned objects
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

You will be responsible for various interesting objects in the Marburg-Gießen area.

What convinces us:

  • Training as a building cleaner, business administration or management qualification, or further education as an object manager
