Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding early childhood development through playful learning, ensuring safety, and fostering positive social interactions. Your energy and enthusiasm will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while supporting their emotional and physical well-being. Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children in various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free classroom environment.
Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage good manners, sharing, cooperation, and respect among children.
Provide attentive care during meal times, nap times, diaper changes, and outdoor play to meet each child's individual needs.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns that arise.
Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities that align with early childhood education standards and developmental goals.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental progress, and incident reports as required by licensing regulations.

Experience

Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving setting is preferred.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education is essential.
Experience with classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning environment.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; ongoing training in child safety is encouraged.
Familiarity with special education needs or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
