Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity and decrease downtime and waste.
  • Clean and maintain production equipment.
  • Assist with line set up and break down.
  • Deal with incoming work requests
  • Troubleshoot and recommend appropriate repair/replacement to resolve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair equipment.
  • Perform detailed/routine preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; and troubleshooting malfunctions.

Qualifications:

Must have manufacturing experience with multiple product lines
:


  • Minimum of three years of experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Familiarity with various types of manufacturing equipment
  • Broad mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude required.
  • Common sense approach to technical issues
  • Forklift skills a plus
  • Ability to manage several priorities
  • Takes responsibility for your work and performance
