Small insurance brokerage in Scottsdale is looking for a personal lines account manager to join our growing team of insurance professionals.

Work directly with our great team of agents to sell policies, answer questions, and help build strong relationships with our clients.

We are looking for anyone with a sales, service, or insurance background. We will provide training and licensing as needed. ( Insurance license preferred but not required)


Requirements:

• Well organized.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Insurance license preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Answer client questions.
• Quote, sell and issue policies.
• Work directly with our team of sales agents.
• Advise clients and customers on insurance options.
• Develop a network of referral partners.
• Track client and policy data.
• Starting pay of $48k for licensed individuals.
• Unlicensed individuals will be bumped to licensed pay scale upon becoming licensed
• Health, dental, disability, $401k

This is an in office position. Must be able to be in the office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

From $48,000.00 per year
