Duties:


  • Support Operations Support Team Lead with daytoday operations of the team.
  • Train and become adept at using existing and new software solutions that support business processes in a shared environment, e.g. tasker management.
  • Provide customer service to answer or field questions about taskers and use of our tasker management system.

  • This position may require a oneyear trial/probationary period.

General Experience**: Three years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level, which includes work that involves 1) building customer relationships across an organization; 2) maintaining and/or creating job aides to collect and/or track information/data; 3) responding to requests/taskers and coordinating replies; 4) Using various functions of several types of office automation systems such as word processing, data base management, electronic spreadsheets, and graphics packages to complete assignments.

This definition of general experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-01/GS-04).

Education:

Four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.

Combination of Education and Experience:

A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.

To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120. Add the two percentages.
